1. Agreement to Terms

By making a payment to TazerStudio, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all website design and development services provided by TazerStudio.

Payment of a deposit confirms acceptance of this agreement.

2. deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is required before work begins.

The deposit:
• secures your project slot
• covers planning and initial development
• is non-refundable once work has started

The remaining balance must be paid before the website is launched or delivered.

No website will go live until full payment is received.

3. Scope of Work

The project scope is defined by the selected package or written agreement.

Work outside the agreed scope may require:
• additional time
• additional fees
• a revised timeline

TazerStudio reserves the right to charge for extra work not included in the original agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:
• provide all content, images, and materials needed
• respond to feedback requests promptly
• approve milestones in a timely manner

Delays caused by missing content or communication may extend the project timeline.

TazerStudio is not responsible for delays caused by the client.

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed scope.

Excessive revisions or major design changes may be billed separately.

6. Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and depend on:
• client responsiveness
• content delivery
• revision cycles

TazerStudio will make reasonable efforts to meet deadlines but is not liable for delays beyond its control.

7. Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

If a project is cancelled after development starts:
• the deposit is retained
• additional work completed may be billed

No refunds are issued for completed work.

8. Intellectual Property

The client owns the final website after full payment is made.

Until final payment:
• all work remains property of TazerStudio

TazerStudio reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio.

9. Third-party Services

TazerStudio is not responsible for issues caused by:
• hosting providers
• domain registrars
• payment gateways
• third-party plugins
• external platforms

These services operate independently.

10. Maintenance and Support

Post-launch support is limited to the agreed support period.

Ongoing maintenance requires a separate agreement or subscription plan.

11. Limitation and Liability

TazerStudio is not liable for:
• lost revenue
• business interruption
• indirect damages
• data loss caused by third parties

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups and business operations.

12. acceptance

By making a payment, the client confirms they:
• understand these terms
• agree to these terms
• accept the deposit policy

This agreement becomes effective immediately upon payment.
